A honkaku-shochu distilled from Kogane-Sengan sweet potatoes from southern Kyushu and Kirishima Rekka-sui, a Crisp clear subterranean water. This shochu is notable for it's lush sweetness and crisp palate, which come from the use of black rice koji.
