What is Sweet Pork?

Sweet Pork is a premium frozen sliced pork product, carefully cut into thin, tender slices perfect for a variety of Asian-style dishes. The delicate thickness of each slice allows for quick, even cooking — ideal for shabu-shabu, hotpots, stir-fries, and noodle dishes.

Simply swirl the slices in a pot of gently simmering broth and enjoy in seconds — no lengthy preparation required.

Important Notes / Storage & Usage Instructions

• Keep frozen at or below −18°C until ready to use.
• Once thawed, do not refreeze. Use within 1–2 days and keep refrigerated.
• Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before use. Do not thaw at room temperature.
• Cook thoroughly before consuming. Ensure the meat is fully cooked through.
• Best enjoyed as shabu-shabu — simply swirl thin slices in a pot of gently simmering broth until just cooked through (approx. 15–30 seconds per slice).
• Also suitable for stir-fries, hotpots, and noodle dishes.
• Best before date printed on packaging. Do not use after expiry.
